ABOUT REVOLUTION RURAL HEALTH SERVICE
Revolution Rural Health Service is a locally owned and operated team of professional and resilient accredited exercise physiologists. We empower our clients with knowledge, resources and individualised programs aimed at helping people with chronic conditions manage their health and achieve an enhanced quality of life. We provide services across the Northern Rivers with clinics located in Ballina, Goonellabah/Lismore, Casino, Kyogle and Dunoon. We also provide home visits within the region.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Initially this is a part-time role 3 days on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. This is a locum position for approximately 5 months. This is a predominantly community-based role servicing Ballina, Goonellabah and Casino NSW clients in both our clinics and home visits. You will have the opportunity to work 2 days in Casino Aboriginal Medical Service (Bulgarr Ngaru Medical Aboriginal Corporation BNMAC) in an interdisciplinary role with both medical and allied health staff.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct comprehensive assessments
Develop individualised exercise programs based off the specific needs and goals of clients - including disability, aged care, chronic health conditions and injury recovery
Facilitate, monitor and review both group and individual exercise programs
Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, safety and injury prevention
Maintain accurate and up to date records for client progress and treatment plans
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Great communication and rapport building skills with clients of all diverse abilities and backgrounds
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and the confidence to work independently
Highly organised and detailed with clinical notes and inputting data into systems
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelors degree in Exercise Physiology or a related field
Must have ESSA registration and medicare provider number or in the process/eligible to apply
Drivers license and own car

$75,000 - $100,000 p/a plus travel and devices
