OUR SERVICES

Our services are tailored to meet the specific needs, goals and abilities of each individual client. Your first visit is a comprehensive assessment with your exercise physiologist where you will develop a treatment plan tailored to your specific needs. 

NDIS 

A part of the NDIS is to connect people with disabilities to services in their communities. Our services are available to all NDIS participants. We assist people living with a disability to achieve their individual goals which may include enhancing overall fitness and health, improving mobility, or for the mental health and wellbeing benefits of exercise.

Work related injuries 

We offer services under workers compensation for those who have had an injury at work. Individual Injury rehabilitation programs for returning to work is created with your exercise physiologist with full support from initial injury to your return to work.

Chronic Conditions management

Our team is specialised in supporting and assisting those with a chronic condition. Chronic conditions can develop at any age, usually progressing gradually and have complex causes. Some examples of chronic conditions include:

  • Heart or lung conditions

  • Chronic and persistent pain

  • Diabetes, high cholesterol, obesity

  • Neurological conditions

  • Depression and other mental health conditions

  • Cancer

  • Osteoporosis

  • Muscle, joint or bone injury

  • Neuromuscular conditions

  • Falls prevention and aged care

  • Rehabilitation pre and post-surgery

  • Disabilities

 

We understand the complexity of these conditions and how it affects the daily life of our clients. This is why our exercise programs are individualised to aim to achieve reduction of symptoms and severity, achieve more independence and improve quality of life.

ONERO program - osteoporosis 

ONERO is an evidence-based exercise program designed specifically to prevent osteoporotic fracture by stimulating bone development and preventing falls in at-risk individuals. The program consists of high intensity resistance and impact exercises which strengthen bone and muscle. ONERO must be supervised by accredited practitioners and exercise physiologists to ensure it is delivered safely. The team at Revolution Rural Health Service are all accredited ONERO practitioners..

Hyrdrotherapy 

Hydrotherapy uses water to help manage pain and a variety of symptoms throughout your body. Studies have found that hydrotherapy can be a great option to alleviate symptoms like muscle pain and joint stiffness. Hydrotherapy can also  provide symptomatic relief to people with the following conditions:

Supervised gym programs

Most of our clinics have access to gyms that our clients can use under guidance from our exercise physiologists. Your EP will prescribe you with an exercise program based on your goals, abilities and needs and will always be there to assist your form,  evaluate your progress and provide ongoing support and consultation in achieving your goals.

Home visits 

Home visits are also offered within the region so patients can be treated in the comfort of their own home as well as allowing for further accessibility of our services to our community.
